The busiest month for article pages was May 2025, with 6 pages, of which 3 were distinct pieces. Odysee's records show 93 videos on the channel: 85 uploaded in the twelve days from 31 May to 11 June 2025, in the weeks after those May 2025 articles, one on 5 July 2025, and seven between 19 January and 16 July 2026 (video catalogue; upload times from Odysee's public records, in UTC). The catalogue on my evidence site lists 84 of the 85 videos from 31 May to 11 June and the video of 5 July. February 2026 has 4 distinct pieces, the most in any month: three were published before the civil judgment of 23 February 2026, and the fourth, on 23 February, reported it. Article pages appear in 13 of the 22 calendar months from December 2024 to September 2026. The publications continued for 20 months, from 17 December 2024 to 1 September 2026.

Court rulings and legal letters
These are the dated events marked on the chart, together with Mr Drummond's report of 2 December 2025. The detail of the two rulings is on The two court rulings.
- My own records show that Cohen Davis Solicitors issued a Letter of Claim to Mr Drummond on this date.
- On 27 August 2025 a Pattaya court found Mr Howell not guilty on the public-libel count and guilty on one count of third-party libel; he received a six-month suspended sentence and an 18,000 baht fine, and has appealed. The verdict, the fine, the suspended sentence and the appeal were reported by Mr Drummond in an article published on 28 August 2025; the two-year suspension period is recorded in the judgment, which my legal representatives can make available.

Mr Drummond himself reported on 2 December 2025 that Mr Howell had left the country. He wrote:
Instead he has curiously written to the court to seemingly complain why Howell had left the country.
(Mr Drummond, 2 December 2025) - My own records show that Cohen Davis Solicitors issued an updated Letter of Claim to Mr Drummond on this date.
- On 23 February 2026 the Pattaya Provincial Court ruled in my favour in civil defamation proceedings over statements published about me in May 2024 and awarded me 50,000 baht in damages with interest; Mr Howell is appealing. The award and the appeal were reported by Mr Drummond on 23 February 2026; the other details are from the judgment, which can be made available through my legal representatives.
The videos
Odysee's records show 93 videos on the channel @Soi6Whistleblower. My evidence site catalogues 85 of them and attributes those 85 to Mr Howell (drummondhowellcampaign.com/attacks/odysee-catalogue). The other eight are not in that catalogue: one uploaded on 31 May 2025 and seven uploaded between 19 January and 16 July 2026.
Articles no longer published
To my knowledge Mr Drummond has also deleted at least three articles about me.
